Boot Camp For Kids & Teens: Itinerary

The workshops last two days - they are quite intense but fun. You will be making a pre-recorded show for broadcast on the station. Depending on numbers - we will decide on the day how many people feature on each show - we may have to make more than one broadcast!
We will be getting the job done!
Mum or Dad will need to be with you when you are in the studio, please.
Itinerary: Day 1, Morning
- Meet & Greet
- Trust Building Exercises
Itinerary: Day 1, Afternoon
- Brainstorming!
- We will come up with what you will be making your show about - this is where we decide on the content of the show :)
- The music that features in the show will be picked on the first afternoon of the workshop and it will be made in to a Spotify playlist so Andrew can remember it.
Itinerary: Day 2, Morning
- An Introduction to the technology of recording
- Andrew will talk about DAWs and recording your voice with your phone. If you have a modern (5 years or less) phone then you will have a voice memo app, this is all you need. Please bring it, charged.
Itinerary: Day 2, Afternoon
- You will record your show under the supervision of mum and the admin of the station
- You will receive Andrew's Bonus Round™ full of what we have covered and links to online tutorials
- Andrew's Bonus Round™ will link to training material covered in the workshops - it will be delivered digitally
Andrew's Homework
In your show you are the talent - when you are big time, you will have a studio producer like me to help with your show. Andrew will help tidy up the pre-recorded broadcast and schedule it for broadcast later in the week.
This is a pre-recorded show so there is no need for nerves.
It will probably be a week until the show is broadcast - in the meantime, your show will be emailed to you from the station's accounts, so you can play it to the rest of your family!
